I think they wrote the Declaration of Independence because the colonist thought it was unfair that they didn't have a say in the laws, they were getting ignored, and disrespected. They made the Declaration of Independence so that they could be free from Great Britain

i think they wrote it because the colonies were suffering a lot. They didn't want to be ruled, they wanted to have their own freedom.

I think they wrote the Declaration of Independence because It was a formal statement of the abolishment of being controlled by Great Britain. They also did not want to be a kingdom, they wanted to be free and have their own laws made by votes from the people. The Declaration of Indepence also stated what King George did wrong, and what solutions they would have made to correct the actions King George had done.

I think they made the Declaration of Independence because the Colonists finally stood up for themselves and voiced their thoughts to the British crown. They put their foot down and wanted Independence from Great Britain. The Declaration of Independence describing not only how hard King George had made life for many of the colonists, but also the many reasons that they should gain Independence. The colonists' main idea in making the Declaration of Independence was to become the very independent United States of America.

I think that the Declaration of Independance was written because the king of Britain was ignoring the colonists's requests for more rights. Because the king was inoring their requests this document was written to formally announce their break away from England because the colonists wanted more rights.

I think that they wrote the Declaration of Independence because they were being being treated unfairly and wanted to be free from Great Britain. Another reason was because the King was ignoring/not considering their requests.

I think they wrote the declaration of independence because the colonists wanted to have freedom and they weren't included in the Laws. And they want to be independent from great Britain because Great Britain don't give them the same rights they have and Great Britain don't treat the colonists right.

i think they wrote the decelaration of independence because the laws the king gave them wasn't fair and he was cheating them by being greedy and wasn't listening to their resquest. i think the declaration of independence was also written because is saying "history is made or marked".
